The coronavirus outbreak impacts us all. Our main priority is to protect the health and wellbeing of everyone. Therefore, we are going to have to change the way we work for a while. Government advice is changing frequently and we wanted to let you know what we are doing to support our customers whilst following government guidelines.

In view of the government’s decision to drop all Covid 19 restrictions. We at Advanced Gas would like to reassure customer that our standards of care will remain the same as they have throughout the pandemic.
Although engineers will not wear a mask on standard visits, should you feel that you would prefer extra protection, please inform the office staff when booking in. Or, before allowing entry to your home request that the engineer(s) wear a mask. We recommend that social distancing is observed at all times.
Please avoid any unnecessary interaction by writing down the description of any faults, error codes or lighting sequences etc. You may prefer to locate to a different room if possible. You will not be asked to sign paperwork/tablets on completion. We endeavour to keep you safe while looking after your hot water and heating systems.
